Hosted Zimbra

Zimbra combines email, calendering and addressbook funcationlity, but also offers shared access to documents and files. In short, an ideal tool for the professional and mobile email user.

All functions are accessible through an advanced webinterface or the Zimbra client. Of course you can use your perferred mail client as well. There is extensive support for mail clients, eg. Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird. Mobile devices are supported also. You're always and everywhere available with Hosted Zimbra! Easy and efficient!

Why hosted?

With Hosted Zimbra your email is stored at servers managed by Redbee. We make sure these servers perform optimal, make backups and are available 24x7 in case of problems. This way we can guarantee that your data is safe, and you don't have to worry about your mail. You have access to a powerfull management interface, where you can create and manage accounts, change password and create distribution lists. If you have problems or don't know how to use the interface, you can contact our helpdesk or use our knowledge-base.

Functionality

Zimbra offers a powerful email fuction that allows you to handle your messages simple and effective. With the shared addressbook you can manage and share your contacts with collegues. A clear callendar shows all your appointments. Collegues can check your availability and see if you can make that important meeting. Finally, all email is indexed on the server, so searching through your email is very fast. Considering the large amount of email you receive, such a powerful search function is an essential feature!
